Cliff Jacobson Canoe BWCA

The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness  is threatened by sulfide-ore copper mining. This toxic mining practice SHOULD NOT be  allowed in Minnesota!  Why? Because EVERY sulfide-ore mine that has been built in the past has polluted the environment.  This one WON'T be an exception!.  We simply cannot allow this proposed mine to become a reality.  PLEASE show your support by donating to the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters.

Donations checks should be made out to Northeastern Minnesotans for Wilderness and sent to P.O. Box 625, Ely, MN 55731.  To sign-the-petition, and/or to donate electronically, go to Save the Boundary Waters.

Contributions will go to Northeastern Minnesotans for Wilderness (NMW). NMW is based in Ely, MN and is the lead organization for the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters.  NMW is recognized by the internal Revenue Service as a section 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Contributions to NMW are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Your contribution will help us grow the Campaign, continue to produce first-class scientific work to make our case, and do all the other work necessary to prevent sulfide-ore mining in the watershed of the Boundary Waters.

Thank you,

Cliff Jacobson

Please donate what you can to help us save the BWCA from mining!
