  • Poreno, Latiseino, Kautikeino Rivers: Norway and Finland, 11 days, July, 2011. One hundred miles of whitewater canoeing in open, folding solo canoes (Pakboats).

  • Everglades National Park, Florida, 11 days, 130 miles from Flamingo to Everglades City. January, 2014.

  • San Juan River, Utah. March 25- April 4, 2015. From Sand Isand to Clay Hills. About 130 miles. Possibly, a first (or at best, very rare) descent in an ultralight Kevlar solo tripping canoe (Bell Yellowstone Solo).

  • Yellowstone River, Montana.  Sept. 8-18, 2018.  From KOA Paradise Valley campground (10 miles south of Livingston, to Billings). Solo cruising canoes/150 miles.

  • Mississippi River.  July, 2019.  Grand Rapids to Barinerd, MN.  Motor canoe.

  • Flambeau River, WI. July 2022. Nine Mile Creek to Flambeau River Lodge, 50 miles, solo canoe.

  • Minnesota River, MN, July 2022. Granite Falls, MN - St. Paul. 150 miles, "motor canoe".
